Job Description

Role: Sr Manager Sales

Location: Gurgaon and Chennai

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales and product sales, with a proven track record of delivering sales numbers from the India region.

  • Generate leads and travel to trade shows and cybersecurity conferences to discuss solutions and products.
  • Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity sales and 1 year of product sales experience.
  • Responsible for the sales numbers from the India region.
  • Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, providing clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team, and pitching to various stakeholders including IT Managers, Information Security Heads, and CISOs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas.
  • Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships in the region.
  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies in the region.
  • Well-versed with mobile marketing eco-system and the trends in the region.
  • Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success, and product.
  • Outstanding verbal and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing/Startup Technology companies is a plus.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
