Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Healthify. As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. A proven track record in inside sales or similar roles is essential, as well as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, preparing reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
