Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting products or services to potential customers through outbound calls, as well as providing prompt assistance to inquiries or leads via inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Make outbound calls to identify and engage with potential customers, showcasing the value of our products or services.
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize your skills to convert leads into sales, understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to drive conversions.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, driving growth and revenue for Cyber VX.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a tele sales executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and handle rejections positively.
  • Certifications/Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Work Ethic: A results-driven mindset with the motivation to exceed sales targets.
