Cloud Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Sales Development Representative to join our team in the fast-growing field of cloud communication infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, qualify leads, understand clients' needs, and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our innovative and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities :
- Generate New Leads: Research and generate new leads through Cold Calling, Emails, and LinkedIn.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain Customer Relationship : Create and maintain a rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Sell Technical Product: Assist in selling the company's technical products by identifying customer needs, presenting product features, and demonstrating value. Engage in product discussions, answer queries, and close sales through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Qualifications :
- An MBA in Marketing or any other related field is preferred.
- 0-1 year experience in the same field.
- Able to handle pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Excellent presentation and product demo capabilities.
- Prior work experience in CRM or sales tools will be a plus for this role.
- Good listening skills for customer needs and able to nurture them properly.
- Results-oriented and task-focused.
Benefits :
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, along with a benefits package including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), medical insurance, retirement plans, and flexible work arrangements.
