Job Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative Intern to join our cross-functional team. As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Research and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
  2. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and follow up on leads.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Create and maintain a rapport with existing and potential customers.
  4. Sales: Assist in selling the company's technical products by identifying customer needs, presenting product features, and demonstrating value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Prior experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
  • Good listening skills for customer needs and ability to nurture relationships.
  • Results-oriented and a task achiever.
