Job Description:

Sales Performance:

We expect our Business Development Representatives to consistently meet or exceed their sales targets, ensuring that our company grows its market share in the competitive life insurance industry. To achieve this, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as those of our competitors, and use this knowledge to tailor your sales approach to each customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales through effective sales presentations and relationship-building activities
  • Grow existing accounts by developing new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance using our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, such as underwriting and policy administration teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact our business
