  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

**Sales Team Management & Development**

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Set clear and measurable performance goals for individual team members and the overall sales team.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to continuously enhance individual and team performance.

**Customer Relationship Management**

  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with key customers and distributors in the assigned region.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and exceed expectations through excellent service and product solutions.

**Sales & Campaign Management**

  • Develop and execute impactful sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth within the assigned territories.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our packaging solutions.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the General Trade segment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Sales Management role, demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the food packaging industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.
