Lead Generation and Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Development Specialist to join our growing sales team at Gopani Product Systems Pvt Limited. Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales development to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Research: Utilize industry databases, sales navigator, and other tools to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Initial Outreach and Lead Generation: Execute targeted outreach through personalized emails, phone calls, and social media messages, applying a multi-channel engagement approach to interact with prospects effectively.
- Lead Nurturing and Qualification: Use frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads, conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements, and evaluate fit.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery meetings or product demos with the sales team, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and sales development. You will work closely with the sales team to explore new markets, increase revenue opportunities, and develop long-term relationships with key clients and industry players.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Sales and Marketing (BBA/B.Com), or a related field is preferred. 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with expertise in lead generation through cold calls, emails, and outreach, is required. Industry experience in manufacturing, Information Technology & Services, or EdTech is also preferred.
