Sales Engagement Specialist

About the Role:
Otrix Life Science is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic sales and customer service team. As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from interested prospects or existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and nurture existing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and clear speaking voice.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to satisfy customers.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
