About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at AlterSquare. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive lead generation for our clients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and telemarketing. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your excellent communication skills, passion for sales, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell by Chat: Send new connection requests to target customers, engage with their content, open conversations, and build rapport.
  • Add data to our CRM tool, Ontraport, for further lead nurturing.
  • Set up phone triage calls and book detailed calls with Business Coaches.
  • Running Triage Calls: Conduct scripted triage calls and document discussions in the CRM tool.
  • Book and run triage calls with customers from events.
  • Invite Prospects to Events: Publish and invite attendees to our monthly Webinar events, follow up for formal registration and feedback, ensure maximum participation and engagement.
  • Closing Prospects to Customers: Follow up with customers to collect GST details and ensure invoices are raised, send coaching proposals and follow up till closure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Telemarketing.
  • Passion for Sales is a MUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and following up.
  • Understanding of Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Lead Generation, and Sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Educational Background: Graduate in any stream.
  • Location: Maharashtra, Mumbai (Remote).
