Job Description:
As a Senior Business Development Professional - Offshore Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for generating research on prospects, assembling reports, and using these reports to attract and incite prospects' interest in partnering with iConsultera for offshore recruitment support. You will also maintain the prospect database, cold call and follow-up with agency-generated leads, maintain and follow up on regular new business mailings, look for new leads, book eAppointments, create prospect profiles, and stay up-to-date on correspondence relating to all prospect contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Bild and maintain a sales pipeline
- Prospect through phone calls, emails, and social media
- Consult with prospects and business targets about our RPO services
- Present, promote, and sell RPO services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Report regularly on the progress of opportunities to develop new business channels or networks
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Drafting email campaigns, client proposals, agreements and additional business documents/presentations required for sales/prospecting purpose
Qualification:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience promoting/selling/marketing to international markets with outsourcing/offshoring being highly preferred. You should also have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the recruitment life cycle and familiarity with using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Contact Generation tools, and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact.
Growth Opportunities:
This role offers immense growth opportunities not just titles/roles or financial growth but working with some of the industry leaders and influencers in the Customer Success area. You may also have future opportunities to travel United States for business purposes to attend staffing conferences, client meetings/trainings and/or meeting Onshore Business Advisors.
