Business Development Professional

Join VehicleCare, a rapidly growing online platform for auto service and damage repair, in our Gurugram office. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients by promoting vehicle insurance products. Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers, including individuals, corporate fleets, and dealerships.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to vehicle insurance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the vehicle insurance domain. Stay updated on insurance regulations and industry developments.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by promoting and selling vehicle insurance policies. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales and business development reports to management. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management in the insurance sector, with a focus on vehicle insurance.
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.
- Market research and competitive analysis abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in automotive or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of vehicle insurance, including vehicle policies and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an advantage.
