**Job Overview**

HOPS HEALTHCARE is seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with potential clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify new business opportunities through online research, social media, and other channels

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach a global audience

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project progress and deadlines

• Maintain accurate and detailed customer and prospect account information

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools

• Knowledge of B2B and B2C segments of business and bidding portals like Freelancer or Upwork

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
