Business Development Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to convince potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience with IT services sales

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular B2B data hunting from the public domain and build connections on social media platforms to expand the company's network
  • Generate new leads and prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's strategic digital solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop effective lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline tracking progress and updating reports on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proven success in sales revenue targets
