Business Development Opportunities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Odles E-Commerce Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals and identify key target markets and develop strategies to penetrate and expand in those markets.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms, and qualify leads and identify potential clients or partners for business collaboration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective presentations and promotional materials, and negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients or partners to finalize agreements and contracts, ensure that contracts align with the company's policies and legal requirements, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, provide input on product or service enhancements based on market feedback, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives, regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional skills, and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis, strategic planning, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Location: Ahmedabad/On-site

Salary: 50k to 80K
