Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating inquiries from offshore IT companies, managing leads, and successfully raising projects in company interest.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and written skills, able to work effectively in different time zones and establish key marketing deals with offshore clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation programs to deliver high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Manage lead resources to drive sales engine and identify new customer segments, clients, and strategies to increase qualified leads.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to understand customer demand and needs and establish working relationships to exceed goals.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the conversion pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum MCA or MBA with experience in offshore IT Service selling.
  • At least 1 year of email marketing/lead gen experience in IT service selling (offshore development and outsourcing).
  • Proven experience using tools for email marketing (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Good communication and written skills (Good English writing is a must).
  • Good experience using MS Excel.
