Challenge Technolabs is seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to serve as a key link between clients and project teams. This role involves generating business through direct linkages, portals like Upwork, or other methods. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of online bidding websites, including Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, and Freelancer.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational business development responsibilities
  • Generating business through direct linkages, portals, and other methods
  • Knowledge of online bidding websites, including Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, and Freelancer
  • Project analysis and experience in handling international clients
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in revenue from clients
  • Target-based revenue generation for the company
  • Negotiating with clients to secure attractive prices
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Overseeing the sales process to attract new clients
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify and manage risks
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively
  • Researching and identifying new market opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field or computer application
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bidding, LinkedIn Marketing, E-mail Marketing
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent leadership and English communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
