Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at RISHI JOBS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the ecommerce or logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
