Job Description:

Solviostech is seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager/ Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or technology sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase sales.
  • Knowledge of sales through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Calendly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Engineering / MBA
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in BDE (IT industry preferred)
  • Good at verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good analytical & research skills - Ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences to build business plan
  • Lead customer meetings/interactions
