Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales/Business Development professional to contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Prioritize and actively engage in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify potential clients.
  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects via phone and email.
  • Meetings and Appointments: Schedule meetings and appointments with key stakeholders to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Sales and Prospecting Activities: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Regular Updates: Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and progress toward lead generation goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 23 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
