As a business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts
• Identifying and securing business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and market research
• Developing customized sales strategies and creating a sales pipeline
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Maintaining a database of prospective client information and researching potential leads
Requirements:
• Min 2+ years experience as BD/Sales in Staffing/Recruitment/Product Sales domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong business acumen
• Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
