About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the hospitality industry.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, conferences, and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and marketing roles within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including incentives and opportunities for professional growth and development.
