- Email and Text Outreach: Draft and send personalized emails and texts to potential leads, following up as necessary to generate interest and qualify leads.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Actively engage with prospects on LinkedIn through connection requests, messages, and content interactions to build rapport and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they align with our target client profile.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring all relevant information is updated and accessible.
- Report Generation: Track and report daily/weekly outreach activities, including the number of calls, emails, LinkedIn interactions, and qualified leads generated.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation, sales development, or cold calling role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools to track, manage, and report lead information and outreach efforts.
- Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident approach to cold calling and the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed reports and manage multiple communication channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for lead generation and outreach.
- Basic understanding of our industry and services (optional, training will be provided).
- Knowledge of U.S. market dynamics, particularly in relevant industries if specified.
We offer attractive incentive packages and salary ranges between $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and performance.
