Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Uppteam. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
Responsibilities- Identify key decision-makers and understand client requirements to qualify leads.
- Manage incoming queries and build strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Prepare for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and gathering relevant lead information.
- Maintain a track record of consistently meeting weekly/monthly targets as set by the business.
- Prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record in outbound sales through calling and emailing is highly desirable.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of international experience, preferably in B2B sales targeting the US market.
- Outbound sales experience in the US region is required, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically is essential.
- A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
