Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at QARMATEK SERVICES. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Promote and sell our products/services to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve overall business results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
