infoAnalytica has serviced over 250 corporations globally across industries such as Technology, Software, Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services (BFSI), Media and Publishing, and Manufacturing. We deliver to our North America customers' Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams for supporting their marketing and demand generation needs. Our services include data verification, data validation, and data mining projects, which help support customer demand generation by providing detailed organizational databases of prospects that can be directly used for field sales, telemarketing, email outreach, and social media to acquire customers.
We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Representative at our offices in Ahmedabad and Pune Location. As a successful lead generator, you must be friendly, persuasive, and able to understand customers' requirements well, presenting solutions that meet their needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects to develop sales opportunities by researching about the prospect company, influencing, and relationship-building skills, while providing information on the product/value proposition of the client.
- You will need to understand key objections from prospects, clarify their concerns, and use product knowledge & vendor-led training to alleviate these concerns, moving the sales cycle forward. You will persistently follow up with the prospect in a clear and timely manner to ensure positive outcomes.
- You should understand customer campaigns, products/services, and communicate customer brand identity to prospects effectively.
- You will provide detailed and concise feedback to the Voice Operations leads on outcomes (conversions/rejects/not interested etc.).
- Undertake pre-sales outreach processes such as AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing, and sales lead qualification.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to technology stakeholders, senior stakeholders including C-suite within enterprise and SMB organisations, with a solid track record of lead conversions via outbound calling and emails.
- You have been part of marketing and sales lead generation campaign teams focusing on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG, etc.
- You possess excellent verbal communication and convincing skills; you should be able to think on your feet and provide effective rebuttals/responses to prospects on the calls.
- You have a strong track record of meeting targets for SQL/MQL/BANT/AG campaigns.
- You are self-motivated, energetic, able to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on outcomes, and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
- A go-getter, collaborator who is keen to learn and highly receptive to feedback.
Salary Estimate: ₹700,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on experience and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with industry standards.
