The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales development and be passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to identify new market opportunities in assigned regions or countries.

Build a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through personalized outreach efforts to potential customers.

Utilize sales prospecting tools and social channels to conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach targeting prospects.

Execute communication sequences aligned with the sales process, including timely follow-ups to nurture leads and prospects.

Qualify all leads effectively by identifying the right decision-makers using established qualification frameworks.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and product demos, ensuring smooth handovers to the appropriate point of contact.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

We offer an attractive salary package of ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
