Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and expand our presence in new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively to identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market studies and feasibility analyses to identify new business opportunities in allocated regions or countries.
  • Sales Funnel Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel by generating high-quality leads through personalized outreach to potential customers.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Engage in effective cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach using sales prospecting and automation tools to target prospects.
  • Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Ensure all leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales process, including reaching out and following up with leads.
  • Scheduling Appointments and Meetings: Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos to introduce leads to their new point of contact.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
What You'll Need
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FinTech or telecommunication industry.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business principles, including market analysis, sales funnels, and lead qualification.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
