Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive/Sr. Outbound Sales Specialist (OSS)/ Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Gopani Product Systems Pvt Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

About the Role:
We require an experienced professional with prior success in managing a team, driving collective performance, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. As an OSS, you will be responsible for prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting to drive revenue growth and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    - Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales professionals.- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.- Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and collective sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Research:
    - Identify potential leads through research and the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other prospecting tools.- Develop and maintain a list of target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Initial Outreach:
    - Craft and send personalized outreach emails and messages tailored to the specific needs and pain points of the leads.- Use a multi-channel approach, including email, phone calls, and social media, to reach out to prospects.
  • Lead Nurturing:
    - Follow up with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to schedule a meeting.- Maintain engagement through a structured cadence of follow-up emails, calls, and messages.
  • Lead Qualification:
    - Conduct exploratory conversations to gather detailed information about the lead's requirements and readiness to buy.
  • Appointment Setting:
    - Schedule calls or product demonstrations with qualified leads.- Ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives (AEs) for closing deals.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with 2-4 years of prior work experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries like pipe, valves, filters, pumps, pharmaceutical equipment, or chemical products. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but a Business, Marketing, or related field can also be considered. Prior experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, and team management is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical abilities and multitasking capabilities, are a must.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, think strategically, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. In return, we offer a competitive salary package of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
