Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and other telemarketing techniques.
- Promote and sell Renavkar Real Estate's services to prospects, focusing on the real estate industry's unique aspects.
- Attend to inbound calls, respond to clients' inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM software effectively.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure a seamless sales process, meeting or exceeding sales targets as part of the company's growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of the real estate industry, which is a plus.
