Telecaller Role at Renavkar Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and other telemarketing techniques.
  • Promote and sell Renavkar Real Estate's services to prospects, focusing on the real estate industry's unique aspects.
  • Attend to inbound calls, respond to clients' inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM software effectively.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure a seamless sales process, meeting or exceeding sales targets as part of the company's growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of the real estate industry, which is a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary of ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in sales and marketing within the real estate sector.
