Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, increasing customer loyalty and retention through exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sales opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and implement effective solutions to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in lead generation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS-tech or SMB market research.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range: 8-10 LPA (Indian Rupees)
