Corporate Sales and Growth Manager

AideWiser SolTek seeks a highly skilled Corporate Sales and Growth Manager to drive sales growth and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a business development executive, preferably with an MBA degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, increasing customer loyalty and retention through exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sales opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and implement effective solutions to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS-tech or SMB market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA (Indian Rupees)
