Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging role that will utilize your skills and experience? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Corporate Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your existing expertise and take on new responsibilities.
About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a sustainable sales pipeline, generating new leads, and conducting meetings with prospects. You will also be pursuing existing renewals and achieving revenue numbers through corporate business development. Additionally, you will be responsible for relationship management with clients and building strong networks within insurers and TPA companies.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue achievement.
- New Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events and marketing initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth of business.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Direct Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of direct experience in H&B Corporate Sales in insurance broking.
- Education and Qualifications: A university degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of the H&B Corporate Sales business domain, market mapping, and networking skills.
