The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Snaphunt and contribute to the success of our Retail Banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and meeting their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and competitor activity to make informed recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and receive shipments to meet customer demand.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to process numerical data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
