Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through distribution, aiming to attain market leadership in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve sales targets for all products.
- Monitor the quality of acquisitions through the distribution channel.
- Track competition schemes and programs.
- Ensure availability of stock at retail outlets while adhering to norms.
- Drive promotional activities for channel partners to boost sales and credibility.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
- Expand retail presence through increased outlets in existing and new geographies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in distribution planning and channel implementation.
- Graduation is essential, with a full-time post-graduation in business management or MBA being desirable.
