Territory Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Service Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Support workshops in improving business parameters such as Periodic Maintenance, Load growth, and customer retention.
- Assist dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing service/sales ratio.
- Analysis of workshop data and trend monitoring for implementing new service strategies in the territory.
- Handle critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory.
- Manage technical campaigns and recalls.
- Escalate product feedback at Head office.
- Improve customer experience by implementing SAS in workshops.
- Assist dealerships in reducing system and process-related inefficiencies.
B.E/B.Tech with specialization in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or Electrical.
2-7 years of work experience.
Technical Competencies:- Understanding of latest tools and technology - application and implementation.
- Financial acumen (understanding financial statements, working capital, and profitability).
- Channel/dealer management skills and business partnering.
- Territory mapping and customer/data analytics.
- Target orientation and pressure handling ability.
- Effective communication, influential, and negotiation skills.
- Sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
