Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive sales strategy and achieve business goals within a designated region. The successful candidate will execute the product management team's strategies, gather customer feedback, and provide crucial insights for new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the product management team's marketing strategy, analyzing market trends, consulting with doctors, and relaying feedback.
  • Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies for a successful product launch.
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, addressing queries promptly, and tracking return on investment to build a loyal customer base.
  • Meet with key opinion leaders and business leaders to conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with a science background.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
