Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive sales strategy and achieve business goals within a designated region. The successful candidate will execute the product management team's strategies, gather customer feedback, and provide crucial insights for new product development.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the product management team's marketing strategy, analyzing market trends, consulting with doctors, and relaying feedback.
- Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies for a successful product launch.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives.
- Foster strong customer relationships, addressing queries promptly, and tracking return on investment to build a loyal customer base.
- Meet with key opinion leaders and business leaders to conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals.
- Graduate with a science background.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
