As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution to attain market leadership in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level.
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • Track competition and report on schemes and programs.
  • Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
  • Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and distribution planning.
  • Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation.
  • Graduation is essential, and a full-time post-graduation in business management or MBA is desirable.
