Job Summary:

Mahindra Rise is seeking a skilled Territory Development Manager to drive the positioning of new agricultural equipment in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position new agricultural equipment in the market to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and develop new markets for agricultural equipment
  • Maintain a strong relationship with distributors to ensure they are meeting their sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales schemes to motivate distributors to increase sales
  • Evaluate markets for specific sales promotion activities to establish a particular product
  • Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with large distributors
  • Guide distributors in expanding their retail network
  • Monitor distributor volumes and cash-flow to ensure business sustainability
  • Collaborate with financers to devise special retail and wholesale financial schemes for distributors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the tractor industry
  • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering
