Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading sales efforts in the HORECA channel, focusing on channel sales and generating business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales team, define field action plans, territory plans, and set objectives to achieve financial and strategic KRA targets.
  • Identify, analyze, and acquire corporate-key accounts across the area/territory to generate revenue.
  • Engage in market mapping, corporate requirement analysis, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility/profitability analysis, proposal design, and negotiating on commercials to close accounts.
  • Generate revenue and profitability reports, estimate expected growth structures with sales trend analysis of the division.
  • Develop new business initiatives, generate new product development ideas, introduce new product ranges to clients, monitor competition and market trends to cater to customer needs and demands.
  • Assign and achieve monthly sales targets to a team of sales trainees and collaborate with trainees to achieve the same.
  • Generate revenue for the company by cross-selling and up-selling products in collaboration with the sales team, conducting promotional campaigns for product promotion.
  • Develop and manage a network of channel partners for HoReCa across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach, monitor distribution networks to ensure ready availability of products, guide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
  • Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales and augment turnover, monitor competitor activities and devise effective countermeasures, identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and manage the HoReCa sales channel for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in HoReCa in distribution channels, modern trade, and key accounts.
  • Familiarity with sales modules in ERP (Oracle).
  • Self-starter and go-getter, able to design vision and strategic planning, manage a small and lean team size, possess leadership qualities, a strong understanding of both HoReCa and modern trade channels, ability to create strategic plans for achieving sales targets, interpersonal skills, communication skills, judgment and thinking skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, personal characteristics, and ability to travel up to 40%.
