Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager Sales to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective sales programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Update knowledge and awareness of special events, conventions, business meetings, and other market opportunities.
  • Design and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned segments and increase sales and revenue.
  • Plan and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the organization.
  • Bring any matters affecting the interests of AccorHotel to the attention of management.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for segments.
  • Ensure achievement of objectives established in the Organization's Strategic Plan.
  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments.
  • Ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
  • Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the team is trained for all safety provisions.
  • Ensure all personnel are kept well-informed of departmental objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area segment and prepare and conduct sales presentations.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the Director of Sales on progress of various activities, provide information about prospective customers, make forecasts, and track current customer feedback.
  • Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analysis as well as daily sales/activity reports.
  • Contribute to increasing business volume.
  • Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals periodically, and take necessary corrective action.

Qualifications:

Diploma/degree in Hotel Management/MBA in Sales & Marketing or any other equivalent qualifications.
