Job Description

Rclixen is seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team performance, ensuring sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience in sales management, with a track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Customer Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
