Job Title: Sales Manager

At RISHI JOBS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, dealers, and distributors.
  • Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, industry events, and networking.
  • Conduct site visits and follow up on leads from social media inquiries and other channels.
  • Attend to generated leads and inquiries through social media and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in exhibitions and industry events to showcase products and services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and client information.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy industry in Gujarat/Lucknow.
  • Knowledge of solar panels sales and their technical specifications.
  • Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle various situations with ease.
Desired Skills:
  • Results-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on dealer and distributor network growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.
Industry Experience:

Must have relevant sales experience in Solar Module Panels sales & Solar Industry.

Role Focus: Selling solar module products (B2B Sales) developing new business and growing the dealer and distributor network.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • BE/B Tech in Engineering Postgraduation Graduation in a related field.
  • Proven experience in solar module panel sales or the solar panel manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
