Key Responsibilities:

• Constantly investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective sales programs.

• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Update knowledge and awareness of special events, conventions, business meetings, and other market opportunities to drive sales.

• Design and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned segments, focusing on increasing sales and revenue.

• Plan and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the organization.

• Ensure that all personnel are kept informed of departmental objectives and policies.

• Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth departmental functioning and promote teamwork.

• Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets and prepare and conduct sales presentations.

• Submit regular sales plans and market analysis, as well as daily sales/activity reports.

• Contribute to increasing business volume and prepare annual sales goals and working plans to achieve them.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or MBA in Sales and Marketing, or equivalent qualifications.
