Denave India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the technology sector, seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to promote our Xiaomi smartphones in various retail stores.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive individual who can meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstration and Promotion: Set up and maintain demonstration areas at various events, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked with products, samples, and literature.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrate product features to potential customers, answer their questions, and provide interactive materials such as videos or slideshows when necessary.
- Event Management: Arrange and manage events to showcase our products, interacting with customers, and driving sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and result-oriented attitude.
- Competitive Salary: ₹350,000 - ₹500,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission Structure: Earn up to ₹100,000 in monthly commissions based on performance.
- Bonus Scheme: Participate in our quarterly bonus scheme to earn extra incentives.
