Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, sales collateral, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to promote products or services.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
