Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to achieve sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, sales collateral, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote products or services.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and campaign performance.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
