Job Overview
We seek a dynamic Insurance Sales professional to join our team at Pramerica Life Insurance. As an Insurance Sales, you will play a crucial role in providing financial protection to our customers and helping them achieve their dreams and aspirations. This is a Full-Time position based in our offices, with the opportunity for growth and development within our organization. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset and solution-oriented approach

- Promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses

- Advise customers on suitable insurance products and coverage
