About the Role

The Learning and Development Manager at Max Life Insurance is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of Advisors, Elite ADMs, and Circle Heads. This role plays a crucial part in driving business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules on MLI insurance products, processes, and digital tools.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new hires.
  • Train advisors on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement blended learning delivery formats, including virtual trainings and classroom sessions.
  • Manage and coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and attendance tracking.
  • Monitor advisor development, provide regular feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Update and refine training materials based on feedback from advisors, customers, and stakeholders.

About You

To succeed as a Learning and Development Manager, you should have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences. Your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive business results will be essential in this role.
