Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target objectives within the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailer-wholesaler base and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining sales performance and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a good command over the regional language, a graduate or undergraduate degree, and a proven track record of success in sales management with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
