About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting revenue targets. This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of driving growth and managing P&Ls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing P&Ls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
