Regional Sales Representative

Job Description:
Benson Polymer is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within the assigned region/zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Database Management:
- Categorize customers based on status (Existing/New/Dormant) and business size (Large/Medium/Small).
- Regularly update the sales diary and/or company CRM software with daily work data. Daily reporting is mandatory at 100%.
- Customer Visits:
- Achieve daily customer visit targets (minimum 10-15 completed visits/day).
- Follow a structured plan for customer visits to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- New Customer Acquisition:
- Visit and follow up with assigned inbound leads converting them into customers/orders.
- Research potential customers/dealers in each market and plan visits accordingly.
- Organize demo meetings for prospective/new customers as per the monthly plan.
- Achieve weekly new customer acquisition targets as assigned.
- Order Targets:
- Achieve monthly order targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to provide support to new customers ensuring quarterly order growth.
- Be responsible for achieving order targets for the region/zone.
- Demo Meetings:
- Achieve demo meetings targets as assigned showcasing the company's products/services to potential customers.
- Branding and Market Reporting:
- Ensure the company's branding is effectively implemented in the assigned region/zone and its markets.
- Report market trends and competitor information to management.
- Existing Customers:
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to plan support for existing customers.
- Be responsible for achieving order targets for existing customers in the region/zone.
- Follow up with dormant customers and reactivate business according to the target plan.
- Upsell new products to existing customers to increase order size as per target.
- Stock and Display:
- Ensure proper stock and display at new and existing counters.
- Ensure company branding is implemented at each counter as per the promotion plan.
Requirements:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales in similar industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred (petrol allowance will be provided).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
